Glyph — intaglio etching
Glyph is a handmade intaglio etching created by Gerard McDonagh. The print was produced in Camden, London, using traditional intaglio methods to create a textured and expressive surface.
This edition of ten is printed on hand-cut, deckle-edged Somerset paper. One additional artist proof is also available. The artist proof was the first print pulled after the plate and colour choices were finalised, making it a unique early impression within the edition.
Each print is hand-signed, numbered, and titled by the artist.
The limited edition prints measure approximately 28 × 35 cm, while the artist proof is slightly smaller due to its place in the printing process.
