Slain in Ritual - Sharon Tate
Slain in Ritual reflects on Sharon Tate through the pale image of a newspaper front page, set against a muted grey field. The page feels faded and distant, like an image half held in memory.
The central collage elements bring together a purple weapon form and evidence-like fragments, turning the language of crime and reportage into something symbolic and still.
This piece belongs to The Last Headline collection, reflecting on fame, violence, public tragedy and the way certain images remain long after the event itself.
